We are very sorry that you still have not received your products.

When you make a purchase you expect to receive your product in a timely manner.

We understand that, and for that we are very sorry.

We experienced an unusually large number of orders which disrupted our normal delivery schedule, so our shipment has been delayed.

As we track down your shipment, it was started on 4th March (KST).

We are doing everything we can do to make sure that you get your order shipment very soon.
