SHIPPING
1) How much is the
shipping fee?
: The shipping fee varies by location and method of shipment. You
can check the exact shipping fee after you click ‘checkout’ button.
- Standard shipping fees range from $4.88 to $26 depending on
location.
- If you purchase more than $100, shipping fee is free.
- If you want to receive your items faster, please purchase “Express
Shipping” pass that is displayed on Related Items.
2) How long will it take
to receive my order?
- All listings are in stock and ready to be shipped within 1-2
business days.
- The time it takes for you to receive your order is determined by the
shipping method you select. (Estimated time: 3-6 business days (Express), 7-15
business days (Standard))
3) Do you have free
shipping?
- Yes! We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
3) I ordered several items,
but some of them weren’t shipped.
- We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us through

and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1) What is MARYMOND’s
return policy?
- Returns & Refunds are
only available if the item you received is defective.
- If you wish to return your item, you must submit your request
within 7 days of receiving your order. Please submit your request on our
website along with a picture of the defective item.
- If you wish to exchange the defective item for the same item, MARYMOND
will cover the full cost of return shipping. If you wish exchange the item for
a different item, MARYMOND will cover the cost of one-way shipping.
- If the item we receive is used, damaged, or sent without prior
notice, an exchange or refund will not be available.
2) Tell me the return
procedures in detail.
- Contact us before you send the item
- Fill out the Return Form which is inside the original shipping
parcel you have received. Include the Return Form inside your return parcel
along with the item you wish to return.
- It may take up to two weeks to process returns or to credit your
account. We will notify you once your return has been processed. Please note
that your credit card company or bank may take additional time to reflect the
transaction.
SPECIAL CASES
1) I submitted my order,
but was notified that the item is out of stock.
- We apologize for the inconvenience. For items for which you have
not made payment for, another customer is able to purchase it. If the other
customer makes payment, the item is sold and may become out of stock.
- If, due to a discrepancy in between our online mall stock and warehouse
data, an item for which you have paid for is actually out of stock, we may ask
you to cancel your order. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
2) My items were not
shipped yet, and I want to change my order information or cancel my order.
- We ship orders twice a day, at 10AM and 2PM. If your order is
still in the “Payment Confirmed” stage, you may contact us to change your order
information or to cancel your order. However, if your order is in the “Ready
for shipping” stage, we are unavailable to cancel or change or order.
3) When will out-of-stock items
be back in stock?
- Restock schedules vary for each product. Please contact us with
inquires for specific items and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
4) Is there any benefit for
writing reviews?
- If you purchase our items and write reviews, you will receive
points you can apply towards future purchases on our online mall. You will receive $0.5 reward points for a text review and $1 reward point for a photo review.
- Every month, we also randomly select a few winning reviews posted
on Instagram. Winners will receive a special coupon that can be used on our website.
